this place is always a good go-to.
my need to have are the parmesan garlic wings and wedges with nacho cheese. just trust me on it.
*tip* if you really love the sauce- get it "wet"
the cheese curd and blue cheese burgers are goos but the buffalo chicken wrap is AMAZING. literally delicious.
i dont think i've ever had to wait for seating and the staff is always friendly! the only time ive ever really seen them busy is when their is a big game or fight on.. but what else can u expect from a restaurant catering to wings and burgers with a bar and a bunch of sports on tv?
they always have a trivia game up on some of the TVs where u can ask for a game board and tune in ur answers! its really fun.
im personally a fan of them enough to have the "Blazan Rewards" app, which gives me points for checking in, and for my orders. get enough points and u can buy their sauces by the bottle, get appetizers food, or even an entire meal!!! its all very reasonable as well. -

I think the rating is fair.
This specific location definitely is over staffed with poor quality servers. Which leads to nowhere. While we waited 15minutes on a slow day to get our wings tossed, we saw a family come in and walk out after being sat down. Our food was good but I think the service is what I didn't like. The servers do not give enough attention to their tables, especially in the sit down dining carpet area. -

Just came from here and it was the WORST service I can remember ever having in a restaurant. We sat down at 3:05. At 3:15 no one had come to our table. I had to wave down a server. We placed a simple order for 2 kids and one adult. We waited 35 minutes to even get our side Caesar salads. One of the kids ordered the mandarin slices with his chicken wings and they were completely disgusting and smelled bad. I asked that they please be taken back and get him the French fries instead that come with the kid's chicken wings. Our table was not cleared at all of the salad plates .
Food is served with plastic utensils. At the end after an hour and 10 minutes I get the check and was charged $3.99 for French fries. I said I was not paying for them because they go with the kids meal anyway and we sent back the rotten canned mandarin orange slices.
The server actually argued with me!
This is the first time I have left a restaurant and not given a tip. Usually I can understand if the service is slow or the server is overworked and I still tip.
In this case there was a bad attitude with no apology. The restaurant was less than half full. -

Good service, good food and good drinks. We always order the parmesan wings, really good! The street tacos are also good. For drinks we ordered the old Fashion and the Moscow Mule. Our waiter was always checking on us. Good place to eat before going to the movies upstairs! Overall no complaints. We always come back!

Garbage. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings location ever. Tried calling the restaurant to place an order to go, the jerk who answered the phone had no greeting, I asked to place the order and he immediately just said "kitchen closed" that's it. Mind you, this was well before they typically close the kitchen. It's Friday night just after midnight. BS
